Meet the Management

Keith Daviston , President

Keith Daviston is a seasoned finance leader with more than 25 years of both for-profit and non-profit experience. Previously, Keith served as theChief Financial Officer of Arbill Industries Inc. Arbill is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial safety products, and a provider of safety consulting and training services.

Keith also served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for thePhiladelphia Housing Authority and the CFO of the Urban AffairsCoalition. Keith has also held senior roles in the banking and energy sectors.

Daviston attained the rank of Major (retired) in the Delaware NationalGuard while serving as the Comptroller. Daviston also served as anArmy Commander and as Generals Aid, under General Frank Brown.

Keith is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Peirce College in Philadelphia and as the Chair of theAudit & Investment Committee. Keith also serves on the Board of theMaternity Care Coalition,

Cheryl Daviston, Founder

Cheryl's career in banking spans over 20 years (CitiBank & MBNA), working in tax, finance, and real estate. She also developed and operated a Rita's Water franchise in Delaware. Her expertise and business experience is a asset to our journey.

Meet the Advisors

Rhonda Daviston

Rhonda L. Daviston is a strategic advisor to Trinity 360. She received her BA from Duquesne University and her J.D. from Cleveland State University,  Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Ms. Daviston is an attorney at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission with 35 years of Commonwealth service.

She is responsible for handling various legal matters with jurisdictional public utilities and administrative law

Sam Winder

Samuel Winder is retired business executive with over 30 years of progressive career experience in finance and accounting.  Most recently he was the Vice President of Finance & Administration at Easter Seals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, where he led the accounting, finance, billing, technology, risk management, and facility operations across six regional sites for one of the larger Easter Seals affiliate organizations with annual revenues over $50M.

Previously, he held senior finance roles as the Executive Vice President at JP Morgan Chase & Company and Senior Vice President at Bank of America Corporation.
 
Mr. Winder received his MBA degree at Duke University and his BS Degree in Accounting at Morgan State University. Currently, he holds the Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Manager designations and he is a former Certified Public Accountant, State of Maryland.
